Lineup announced for Primavera Sound 2013

The lineup for this years Primavera Sound 2013, which is taking place the 22nd through the 26th of May in Parc Del Fòrum in Barcelona, Spain, has been announced today. Headliners include Blur, Phoenix, Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds, and the recently-reunited Postal Service, among many other artists. The festival also includes performances from Fiona Apple, Shellac, Jessie Ware, Tame Impala, and more. Check it out on their official website here or click this to read the fine print above.

REVIEW: San Miguel Primavera Sound 2012

With a devastating blow of the headlining act canceling, it's a tough recovery for a festival already struggling to meet it's numbers. Despite the loss of major headlining act Bjork, due to illness, the 12th Annual San Miguel Primavera Sound, in our opinion was an astounding success. With more than 123,000 people in attendance over the festivals main 3 days, as far as we could tell, it seemed to go off without incident.

Some of our favorite acts included: The Cure, Death In Vegas, Wild Beasts, Bigott, Aeroplane, The Chromatics, Justice, John Talabot, Kings of Convenience, Pional, Grimes (despite issues with sound), LFO and M83 to name a few. The event itself was well organized and offered a smooth festival experience including, quick moving queues for entering and exiting the festival...
